Submitting your Application
Once completed, the Enrolment Application should be accompanied by copies of the following:
Birth Certificate.
Recent school report.
NAPLAN Results from Years 3 or 5 (when available).
Your child’s Baptism Certificate (if Catholic).
Specialist Reports, Education Plans and school learning support assessments (if applicable).
Visa Documentation (if applicable).
Any relevant legal documentation (if applicable).
Applications cannot be processed without all required documentation.

Enrolment Application and Support Process
The enrolment of students requiring significant educational adjustments is supported by all levels of College Leadership and Administration, with Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) remaining committed to inclusive practices.
As such the Educational Application and Support Process (EASP) is applied during the enrolment application process.

Enrolment Interview
An enrolment interview will be made subject to the perusal of the Application of Enrolment by a member of the College Leadership Team.
Applications for Enrolment must be submitted by the end of Term 4 during your child's Year 4 of study. If invited for an interview, these will commence in the following year.
Families of current students who have younger siblings at the College are reminded to enrol early to avoid disappointment.
Parents will be contacted in writing to arrange a suitable interview time.
Offer of Enrolment
An Offer of Enrolment will be made in writing following a successful interview.
On return of the Confirmation of Enrolment forms, a non-refundable administration fee of $100 is payable.
Orientation Day
Parents and students will be invited to attend an Orientation Day in the year prior to commencement at the College.
A letter will be sent to you in the months leading up to the day with a program of the day’s events.
Orientation Day is a full day for your child to spend at the College giving them a taste of learning at St Peter Claver College.
