On Friday 9 February 2024 St Peter Claver College held its annual Inter-House Swimming Carnival at the Bundamba Swim Centre.
Despite it being an overcast and slightly rainy day, students turned out in force to support their Houses and have some fun.
The Swim Through and the Captains' Inflatable Race were firm favourites, with the added bonus of earning extra House points.
A successful day at the pool saw Xavier House walk away as the 2024 Inter-House Swimming Carnival Champions.
Acting Program Leader – Co-curricular Sport, Jarrod Hollands congratulated everyone who participated in the Swimming Carnival.
“Days like this show just how much pride our students, staff and community have in their sporting houses and in our community Sporting events. A huge thank you to everyone involved and congratulations to Xavier House – the first House to beat Fisher in four years," he said.
The next Claver Inter-House Carnival will be our Cross Country in in the last week of Term 1 on Thursday 28 March 2024.
